The guides below show you how to add accounts to your email Client to allow you to send emails showing your Generic District Email Address.
The Guides are limited to Outlook 2002-2003-2007 and Outlook Express 6 but do show you step by step how you can show your generic email address when sending emails, this will hide your personal email address from the recipient. Both documents are PDF’s so you will need adobe reader installed on your PC to view them, this can be downloaded from www.adobe.com
Note that these instructions are not exhaustive as many ISP have specific email settings, so some additional configuration may be required, refer to either your ISP or the District Communications Officer for further guidance if needed.
